Best and worst restaurant inspection reports for week ending July 20, 2021
The Chattanooga-Hamilton County Health Department inspects restaurants twice a year and grades the businesses on a 100-point scale. Scores below 70 require corrective action. Restaurants are reinspected if they fail to meet critical standards.

Reasons including raw animal products not properly stored vertically by minimum internal cook temperature. Observed raw chicken stored directly over raw shrimp in reach in cooler. Observed open packaging of raw chicken stored directly over ready-to-eat french-fries in reach in freezer. Multiple food items not stored six inches off of the floor in walk in cooler and freezer. Exterior door not protected from pests.
