Galway pizzeria The Dough Bros has been named the best pizza takeaway throughout the continent.
The foodie restaurant was chosen by 50 Top Pizza, which publishes guides on the best pizzerias across the world.

The list is curated by three food industry and produces experts: Barbara Guerra, Albert Know and Luciano Pignataro.
The Dough Bros were announced as the best takeaway at the awards ceremony which took place in Milan.
On top of best takeaway pizza, they also ranked number 27 in best pizzerias in Europe and the top pizzeria in Ireland.

Marking their win on Instagram, the caption read: ‘Last week we did a @leomessi and bagged a hat-trick in Europe at the @50toppizza awards, which took place in Milan, Italy.
‘We shut our doors for the night, drank fast pints and burned new holes in our teams ears with grade A shite talk. A new 6 day record breaking hangover was set but worth every bit. A top top buzz!

The restaurant is run by brothers Eugene and Ronan Greaney and initially started as a food truck.
The Dough Bros can be found bang on Galway’s city centre on Middle Street.
