STAMFORD — The Hey Stamford! Food items Festival will be back again at Mill River Park in August, with demonstrations by two celebrity chefs and new music performances by Flo Rida and DJ Pauly D.
The pageant will stretch two weekends: Aug. 11 to 14 and Aug. 18 to 21.
Cooks Todd English and Aaron May well will direct cooking demos through the initial weekend. A “soon-to-be announced roster of very well-regarded chef friends” will sign up for them, delivering cooking displays and interacting with competition-goers, in accordance to a launch.
