Phoenix restaurants named best vegetarian in the country by Thrillist

Two metro Phoenix restaurants made Thrillist’s list of 33 best vegetarian and vegan Restaurants in America right now.

The list highlighted the breakfast burrito, quinoa burger and jackfruit flautas at The Coronado, a cozy Phoenix restaurant with a dog-friendly patio.

Arizona Republic dining critic Andi Berlin is a fan of the chilaquiles, fried corn chips drizzled in a guajillo sauce and piled over refried black beans. It comes with a scrambled tofu patty smothered in vegan crema perched on top with pickled onions.
