Poll results: Best places on MS Coast for Easter brunch
Easter is this Sunday and we reached out to you for the best places to enjoy Easter brunch.
One of the most popular submissions was The Chimneys, but it was removed from the list when we learned the Gulfport restaurant was booked for Easter. Other exclusions included fast food restaurants, closed restaurants and your grandma’s house.

Field’s Steak and Oyster Bar, 111 Main St., Bay Saint Louis, will serve brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The menu will include local favorites like steak and eggs and seafood gumbo. For more information, call 228-231-1972.
White Pillars Restaurant and Lounge, 1696 Beach Blvd., Biloxi, will serve a three-course meal with shareable sides for Easter. The menu includes Thai wedge salad, Eggplant Josephine and Louisiana strawberry cobbler. The $35 price per person does not include the beverage, tax or gratuity. Cora’s Restaurant & Bar at White House Hotel at 1230 Beach Blvd., Biloxi, will serve a savory Easter brunch buffet featuring smoked prime rib and Cora’s ambrosia. Brunch is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and costs $45 per person, $30 for children 12 and under, plus tax and gratuity. Call 228-233-1328 or visit opentable.com to make reservations.
Parrish’s Restaurant & Lounge, at 217 East Beach Blvd., Long Beach, will be serving up Wyagu sliders and deep-fried banana foster with their ocean views Sunday. visit online or call 228-265-7086 to reserve a table.
Salute Italian Restaurant, at 1712 15th St., Gulfport, will have indoor and patio seating available on Easter. With loads of gluten-free, vegan and heart-healthy fare, there is something for everyone. Brunch, which includes smoked salmon Sardou and blueberry cream stuffed French toast, is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., but you can order off the dinner menu all day. Scarlet’s Steaks and Seafood at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort will serve brunch from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and reservations may be made at opentable.com. The special menu options include speckled trout almandine and apricot-harissa-marinated French rack of lamb. If you miss brunch, come on down anyway. The casino’s Under the Oak Cafe does not require reservations, but will have a special Easter dinner of pancetta-wrapped garlic thyme pork roast for $29 and carrot cake for $9. Oak Cafe is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Great Southern Club, 2510 14th St., Gulfport, will have the Easter buffet in two seatings: 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. The buffet will feature andouille stuffed chicken with crab sauce, carved leg of lamb and a kids buffet. Prices are $27 for adults, $13 for children 4 to 10, and $29 for nonmembers.
One Thirty One Lameuse, 131 Lameuse St., Biloxi, will open at 10 a.m. and seat their last table at 1:30 p.m. The menu will include specials like chorizo Cheddar beignets and eggs Bene-grit, the traditional egg dish with a few twists like a fried grit cake and Cajun hollandaise. Kenny Ward’s Prime Steaks and Gulf Seafood, 1224 Bienville Blvd., Ocean Springs, requires reservations for their 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. brunch. The menu includes lemon ricotta pancakes and brabant potatoes. For reservations, call 228-818-4505.

The Infinity Buffet at Treasure Bay Casino and Hotel, 1980 Beach Blvd., Biloxi, will serve Easter brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The buffet is on the second floor and is open to anyone 21 and over. For more information, call 228-385-6146.
The Rackhouse Steaks & Spirits at 1301 26th Ave., Gulfport, will be serving up prime rib and strawberry chocolate waffles early Easter morning. The restaurant will open for brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, call 228-206-2744.
Brick and Spoon, at 140 Eisenhower Dr., Biloxi, will be serving local favorites like bananas in pajamas and killer Creole omelets from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, call 228-388-5162.
Coastal Daiquiri Company, at 501 Jeff Davis Ave., Long Beach, will be serving up daiquiris by the gallon Easter Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Many of you said the daiquiris should not be missed, but there’s plenty of food, too. The casual dining menu includes everything from fried pickles to shrimp tacos. For more information, call 228-206-1100.
The Buffet at Beau Rivage Resort and Casino, 875 Beach Blvd., Biloxi, will serve brunch from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. They will remain open with their regular fare until 9 p.m. For more information, call 888-750-7111.
The Club at Diamondhead, 7600 Country Club Cir.., Diamondhead, will have three seatings for their buffet brunch. All of the indoor tables required reservations and have been booked, but you can still enjoy the buffet brunch without a reservation if you are willing to sit on the patio. Adults cost $34, children 6 to 12 are $16, children 4 to 5 are $8, and children under 4 are free. Breakfast will be served at Latitude 30 Patio Dining and Grill from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. followed by the buffet until 2 p.m. For more information, call 228-255-2918, extension 3.
White Cap Seafood Restaurant, at 560 Beach Dr., Gulfport, will be open regular hours, from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. for Easter. The beachside favorite earned a few votes despite not having a brunch menu. If you come for grilled oysters and seafood gumbo, you will not miss silly old eggs and bacon. For more information, call 228-604-4444.
Harbor View Cafe at 504 Jeff Davis Ave. only requires reservations for parties of six or more. The cafe will serve breakfast from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The restaurant will not have a special Easter dish, but when your regular menu includes apple pecan caramel pancakes, Kahlua pork Benedict and hand-cut sirloin Philly sandwiches, you’ve already surpassed “special.”
