How Fresno’s food truck vendors are helping one of their own
FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Less than a 7 days soon after the Planet Vegan meals truck went up in flames in large explosion, Fresno’s food items truck scene is making an attempt to give again to the brother-owned business enterprise.
“We’re speechless, honestly,” World Vegan co-owner Michael McElroy claimed. He wasn’t inside the food stuff truck at the time of the explosion- but his brother and co-proprietor was. He is suffering burns to around 35 per cent of his body, and the truck is destroyed.

Fresno Avenue Eats’ President Mike Oz states even though coverage will protect them having a new truck, and they have a GoFundMe for healthcare charges- this fundraiser will help them stay afloat while they’re out of work.
“This is not to like carry their company back again, this is to support them as human beings though all this receives figured out. How do you are living whilst you have no suggests to go out there and make a living,” Oz explained.
